Application:

ZWS137 high speed sieving machine applies the principles of compressed air blowing, centrifugal powder removing and roller edge grinding to remove the powder attached to the surface of the tablets and the edge burrs, so that the surface of the tablets is clean and the edges are neat. The sieve box is completely isolated from the power box, quick-release structure, easy to install, dismantle and clean; the parts in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel, in line with the requirements of GMP for pharmaceutical equipment.

Principle:

The sieving and conveying process of this machine is completed in a closed sieving box, when working, the sieving box and the feeding and discharging ports are under negative pressure, and no dust escapes. The sieve box is completely isolated from the power box, and the quick-release structure makes it easy to install, dismantle and clean; the parts that are in contact with the drugs are made of stainless steel, which is in line with the requirements for pharmaceutical equipment in the implementation guide of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Features:

This machine adopts AC brushless motor to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can meet the requirements of different output and different drugs for removing powder. The height and angle of the feeding and discharging ports can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range to meet different working requirements; the bottom of the machine base is equipped with casters, so that the machine can be conveniently moved to the working place. This machine consists of feeding hopper, power box, sieve box, sieve drum, blowing device, discharge port, frame, speed control device, transmission mechanism and other parts, the sheet from the feeding hopper to join the sieve drum, the sieve drum is driven by the power box composed of AC speed motor and deceleration mechanism and rotates, the sheet is transmitted to the discharge port along the spiral plate inside the sieve drum in the lower part of the circumference, the mesh on the drum carries out the mild grinding of the sheet and compressed air blowing device. Compressed air blowing device on the surface of the sheet close to the continuous blowing, dust in the jet airflow, centrifugal force and gravity under the action of the sieve drum for the ‘film’ and ‘powder’ separation, while the dust with the suction airflow sucked into the dust collection device, and ultimately remove the surface of the piece of adsorption of the dust and burrs. The dust is sucked into the dust collection device with the suction airflow. The working height and angle of the inlet and outlet can be adjusted with the help of the lifting bar and locking handle.
